Applications are invited from persons interested to fill the above-mentioned position. The incumbent will be appointed on a permanent basis. The position is based in Krugersdorp.
- Office management/management of reception area.
- Office administration.
- Handling clients.
- Processing documents.
- Telephone etiquette.
- Conduct distribution of internal and external correspondence.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES)
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 1 year working experience as a Typist/Receptionist.
- Understanding and application of basic computer software packages.
- Typing skills.
- Ability to manage reception area.
Salary: LEVEL 5 (R173,703.00) plus benefits per annum
