RECEPTIONIST/TYPIST

Applications are invited from persons interested to fill the above-mentioned position. The incumbent will be appointed on a permanent basis. The position is based at the Legal Aid SA Welkom Local Office.

  • Office management/management of reception area.
  • Office administration.
  • Handling customers.
  • Processing documents.
  • Telephone etiquette.
  • Conduct distribution of internal and external correspondence.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES)

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • 1 year working experience as a Receptionist/Typist.
  • Understanding and application of basic computer software packages.
  • Typing skills.
  • Ability to manage reception area.

Basic Salary: Level 5 (R176,310.00) plus benefits per annum
